Martin Livestock Wether & Ewe Lamb Online Sale

Thank you for taking the time to view our online set of lambs. We appreciate the folks that have stopped by the farm and all of the new and repeat customers. We started lambing a little later this year, so the lambs really could have used another week or two of time to bloom. Due to our busy schedules with all of the boys’ activities, we are really limited on when we are able to get our whole family together to take pictures. Picture day was absolutely miserable with a couple of major inconveniences like snow and wind. I want to thank Steph for putting up with us and doing a great job, especially in some tough conditions. I will give some pedigree information on the rams below, so you have a little more information on them.

American Savage - He is a Top Tier x double bred Diamond Eyes, that we purchased from Rick Manthei in 2021. This maternal granddam was the Champion Market lamb at the South Dakota State Fair in 2014.

Salty Dog – He was our keeper ram in 2020. He was a late lamb, born in May. He’s out of Stray Dog (Zeman-Young Jock x Beefy x Jester daughter) His momma was the Rowe ewe (Wild N Out). Her grandma raised the champion lamb at Tulsa State Fair in 2014.

2A (2^nd Amendment) – He is a Bullet son purchased from Poe Hamps in 2021. He was the Supreme Champion Meat Breed ram at the Buckeye Livestock Expo. He was also Champion Hamp ram at the Ohio State Fair open show.
